1. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Any additional items or services required on the day may incur extra charges. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Liability and Insurance

While we take the utmost care with your belongings, M&S Removals liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with our standard insurance policy terms. We recommend customers arrange their own comprehensive transit insurance for high-value items.

4. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate access and parking space for our vehicles at both the collection and delivery addresses.
